Thanks to the adoption of Locate Global, 2000+ Optum clinicians have been provided with a bespoke mobile phone application (OSV+), that directly links to a dedicated response and monitoring team (RMT) in real-time.
The app provides nurses with an easy way to raise emergencies through a simple push of a wearable button or via an app, which simultaneously sends the users location and key information to the monitored dashboard and designated emergency contacts. In turn the 24/7 Response Team can respond to incidents in real-time, inform relevant stakeholders and dispatch emergencies services if required.
This solution allows senior management to provide an effective response to all emergencies, allowing them to resolve issues quickly and help reduce the impact of the incident.
