In emergency situations, the app provides users with an easy way to raise alerts, which simultaneously sends the user’s location and key information to the monitored dashboard and designated emergency contacts. In turn response teams can escalate incidents through predetermined channels, informing relevant stakeholders and dispatching emergency services if required.
Additionally, the platforms geofencing technology allows monitoring teams to highlight high-risk areas for drivers to avoid should it be necessary, working in tandem with a reporting feature that provides drivers themselves to report hazards and non-emergency incidents.
