Riz Omar formally announced as CEO, set to transform Locate Global’s future

Priavo Security Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Riz Omar as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of its technical subsidiary Locate Global Ltd effective from September 2024. With this transition, Priavo look forward to leveraging Omar’s strategic vision to drive Locates growth and innovation within safety, critical incident management, crisis communications and response.

Omar is a seasoned security risk professional with 26 years of experience safeguarding global organisations. Starting life at the Home Office Police Crime Reduction Group, Omar quickly progressed to senior security risk advisor managing security operations for a variety of global clients. He has built an in-depth knowledge of the threats, risks and hazards faced by the global community, particularly those operating within high-risk and complex environments. His proven track record, and experience as an associate lecturer on Journey Risk Management, underscores his capability to lead Locate through its next phase of development, particularly in the current fast-evolving security landscape.

In his new role, Omar will be responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic direction across journey management, employee safety, crisis management and emergency response. His operational priorities will focus on technological advancements, driving market expansion and enhancing customer safety and security across the globe.
